If you ever wanted to live like a major champion, now’s your chance. For a cool $12.9 million you can purchase Rory McIlroy’s waterfront mansion in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Granted it’s not on a golf course, it still boasts more than 10,000 square feet and includes an adjacent empty lot presumably where you can build your brand new grass short game area.
Built in 2010, it features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a massive double-height living space and of course, a synthetic putting green conveniently located next to the resort-esque pool.
McIlroy purchased the property back in 2013 for $9.5 million, or roughly the same amount he got for winning the FedEx Cup a couple years ago.
As for Rory’s living situation, don’t worry about him. He recently purchased Ernie Els’ former home at the Bear’s Club where he can frolic amongst other world-class golfers like Rickie Fowler and Dustin Johnson.
