Tiger Woods Posts First Photo Of Himself Since Horrific Car Accident
- Updated: April 24, 2021
“My course is coming along faster than I am. But It’s nice to have a faithful rehab partner, man’s best friend.”
He’s back, baby! Tiger Woods posted a photo of himself for the first time since his horrific car accident that almost killed him on February 23, 2021.
Woods looked to be in good spirits posing with his dog, despite being on crutches and his right leg being in a cast/boot up to his knee.
All things considered, we’ll take it.
He’s alive and on the road to recovery.
Will he play golf ever again? We’re optimistic about it.
Will he ever win again? As the late great teaching pro, Chubbs Peterson, once said, “He’s gonna play…and by god, he’s gonna win.”
On April 7th, 2021, Woods posted a statement shortly after the Sheriff’s Department’s press conference cleared him of any wrongdoing and that the incident was purely an accident.
“In the last few days, I received word from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that their investigation regarding my traffic accident back on February 23rd in Los Angeles has been completed and closed.
I am also so grateful to both the good samaritans who came to assist me and called 911. I am also thankful to the LASD Deputies and LA Firefighter/Paramedics, especially LA Sheriff’s Deputy Carlos Gonzalez and LAFD Engine Co. #106 Fire Paramedics Smith and Gimenez, for helping me so expertly at the scene and getting me safely to the hospital.
I will continue to focus on my recovery and my family, and thank you for the overwhelming support and encouragement I’ve received throughout this very difficult time.”
Get will soon, Big Cat. We miss you!
