Tiger Orders Extra Guac At Local Mexican Restaurant…Is He A Lock To Win The Masters?
- Updated: October 26, 2017
Don’t call it a comeback yet, but Tiger Woods was spotted earlier this week at his favorite local Mexican joint ordering extra guac with his carne asada fajitas for the first time since undergoing his fourth back surgery last April.
“When he requested it, I just stood there in disbelief. I mean, this is Tiger Woods we’re talking about,” said waitress Jessenia Marta, who was serving the 14-time major winner.
Asked if she thinks Woods will win again on the PGA Tour, she proclaimed without hesitation “definitely,” while stuffing a few napkins under the corner of a table to straighten it out.
The move is just one of many Big Cat’s made in recent weeks indicating some much-welcomed progress since his latest disaster of a year which featured several WDs, a well-hung selfie, and an infamous DUI arrest.
While he’s cleared to resume all golfing activities, there’s still no timetable for his return to competition. However, as long as he’s upright and not in rehab, you have to like his chances at Augusta next year.
UPDATE: Tiger Woods is fully BACK and won the 2018 Tour Championship. He’s a 14/1 favorite to win the 2019 Masters.
