WATCH: Pro Misses Putt, Flips Off Hole In Disgust

Emiliano Grillo took a page out of our book on Friday at the Northern Trust when flipped off the hole after missing a birdie putt to miss the cut by 1 shot.
Needing to roll in a 13-footer on the par-4 9th hole, his 18th of the day, to play the weekend, his putt caught the lip prompting a reaction we’re all too familiar with.

Do you think he cares about fines? At least he didn’t go full Sergio Garcia and damage the green or better yet, spit in the cup. You never go full Sergio.
While we don’t condone this type of behavior on the golf course, we respect it. There’s just something cathartic about telling the golf gods to go F themselves when something doesn’t go your way. Especially when that thing is an inanimate object.
The only problem with it is that the golf gods usually never forget.
