Tiger’s $20 Million Yacht Spotted In New York For PGA Championship

Tiger Woods Yacht Privacy @GolfChannel

Tigermania has entered New York waters. Tiger Woods’ yacht was spotted off the coast of Long Island with plenty of time to spare before the 101st PGA Championship at Bethpage Black.

According to Marinetraffic.com, Tiger’s $20 million yacht, “Privacy,” arrived Wednesday and is docked in Oyster Bay, N.Y., about 13 miles from the Black Course.

Woods stayed on his “dinghy” last year during the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills, and it appears he’ll be staying there again as he tries to complete the second leg of the grand slam at a course he’s already won a major on.

The 155-foot yacht is nicer than anything you’ll probably ever own. It’s about 6,500 square feet and can sleep up to 10 guests in five staterooms. That doesn’t even include four cabins that house the ship’s NINE crew members. Here are some of the other features:

  • fully-equipped gym
  • three-person elevator
  • large jacuzzi
  • bar
  • scuba station
  • stores: three Sea-Doos, two ocean kayaks, two Vespa scooters

It also reportedly costs $2 million dollars a year to operate. Must be nice! Got to love the name too. “Privacy.” That’s why he’s the GOAT.

The 2019 PGA Championship will be played May 16-19.
