WATCH: Hatless Wonder Ollie Schniederjans Putts Ball In To Lake

Ollie Schniederjans took a page out of the amateur playbook during the first round of the Waste Managment Phoenix Open when he putted the ball off the green and into the water. If I had a nickel for every time I’ve done that, I’d be rich.
The Hatless Wonder had a crazy-tough 74-footer for eagle on the par-4 17th at TPC Scottsdale, but he got a bit too aggressive with it and well, you know the rest:

After the penalty stroke, Schniederjans cleaned up his bogey 5, but still shot 3-under 68.
