WATCH: Tiger Woods Pours In 71-Footer For Birdie At Arnold Palmer Invitational

Tiger Woods is back at Bay Hill this week for the Arnold Palmer Invitational for the first time since 2013. And just like old times, he got the fireworks going early on Thursday.

Woods started on the back 9 where he converted 3 birdies and went out in a fairly stressfree -3.

After making the turn, he made an unfortunate double-bogey on the par-4 3rd hole when his tee shot was deemed to be out of bounds.

Then in vintage Woods fashion, he came back to birdie the par-5 4th and added another at the par-5 6th with a dandy of an up and down:

In fact, he birdied all 4 par-5s today so he had that going for him, which is nice.

But on the par-3 7th hole, Woods added an exclamation point when he snaked in a SEVENTY-ONE footer for birdie:

Woods then saved par on the par-4 9th with a YUGE 11-foot putt to keep his momentum and post 4-under 68.

While it’s still early, Tiger finds himself right in the mix again after his T2 finish at last week’s Valspar Championship.

The #process is real.
