Remember the good old days playing Tiger Woods PGA Tour golf video games? We certainly do and we got some good news… PGA Tour video games are apparently back!
In a 17-second teaser clip, a verified Twitter account called PGA Tour 2K unveiled a preview of what the graphics may look like featuring the famous 17th hole island green at TPC Sawgrass at the Players Championship. Full details on the game will be coming on May 14.

It’s not Tiger, but at least it’s something!
The game will be developed by HB Studios. These are the same folks that brought you The Golf Club which is the only real current golf video game out there. Here’s the kicker though… they don’t have PGA Tour rights. The new one will.
It will also be published by 2K studios, the same studio that puts out the massively popular NBA 2K series so you know it will be legit, hopefully. Details on the release date, consoles, courses, players, etc. are all still TBD.
The last PGA Tour golf game that was released was EA Sports Rory McIlroy PGA Tour 2019. Prior to Rory, Tiger Woods was the face of the game (and arguably still is…)
