Flop shots, thumbs ups. The shameless amount of gambling…I’m guilty of that and then some. It could a Thursday afternoon and Lefty’s got me out of my La-Z-Boy yelling “PHILLLLLLLL” over a made birdie putt on his fourth hole of the day.

The deal includes golf and lunch at Lefty’s home course in Rancho Santa Fe, CA worth an estimated value of a mere $250,000.
$250K? That’s it? Phil spends that much on aftershave. Who set that value? No way Phil did. His time is worth much more than a couple pairs of fine alligator leather shoes and snakeskin belts.
For the majority of us mortals, it’s a healthy price but the fact that it’s benefitting Operation Healing Forces makes it that much more with it.
Airfare isn’t included in the “experience” and Phil requires you to bring cash and lots of it, as he intends to take off of you during the day. Whether or not that money will also go to charity is unknown.
