WATCH: Bryson Almost Drives Green on a Par 5 LOL

Bryson DeChambeau Drives Par-5 | Two Inches Short Twitter/@nypostsports

Bryson DeChambeau almost drove the green on a par-5 this weekend and it was crazy.

The golfer who prides himself on scientific theory and protein shakes attempted to drive the par-5 6th hole (a 350-yard carry!) at Bay Hill during the 3rd round of the 2021 Arnold Palmer Invitational and nearly succeeded.

He basically turned the tournament into a long drive contest in the middle of being in contention which is rarely seen on tour because it’s insane.

Bryson didn’t go for it the first 2 days which was annoying because he teased doing it, but the wind shifted and it was game on.

After realizing he definitely made it over, DeChambeau raised his arms to the sky in celebration as the ball landed 370 yards away. on the other side of a freaking lake.

Having fans back definitely added to the excitement. Listen to them! They were going absolutely bananas.

As much crap as we give Bryson, this was incredible to watch. Plus he won the darn tournament. Obviously, whatever he’s doing is working.
